PRE ENTRY RATE REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible for the Pre Entry rate entries must be received postmarked by Pre Entry Deadline date of March 30. Entry forms must be completely filled out and must accompany a legible copy of the horses Registration papers and copies of AHA, USEF and (NSHR card if Applicable) for all Owners, Riders, Trainers, Handlers exhibiting said horse. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the owner being charged at the post entry rate. Post entries will be accepted until the conclusion of the session proceeding the session that includes the class to be entered at the post entry fee rate EXCEPT there will be no Post Entries Accepted for DRESSAGE.
