PRE ENTRY RATE REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible for the Pre Entry rate, entrimes must be received postmarked by Pre Entry Deadline date of June 6. Entry forms must be completely filled out and must accompany a legible copy of the horse's Registration papers and copies of AHA, USEF and NSH cards (if applicable) for all Owners, Trainers, Riders and Handlers exhibiting said horse. Failure to meet these requirements will result in the owner being charged at the post entry rate.
* Post Entry fees will be charged on all entries postmarked after June 6 at
the additional charges listed. Post entry fees will be accepted up until the close of the session preceding the class to be entered (not during break).
If classes are not entered as per above, classes may be entered but will result
in a $200.00 charge per class. If the missing entry is found to be the result of
a show office error no additional charge will be assessed.

Top Five Awards will be made regardless of the number of entries in a class. However, only awards made to the top 50% of the class (rounded up and not to exceed 5 awards) will receive International Arabian Breeders Sweepstakes payout, AHA Horse Achievement Award, High Point Horse Achievement Award, High Point Amateur Achievement Award and Distance Awards Points.
EVERY CLASS OFFERED HEREIN WHICH IS COVERED BY THE RULES AND SPECIFICATIONS OF THE CURRENT USEF RULE BOOK WILL BE CONDUCTED AND JUDGED IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH.
The Rated Sections of this Competition are official USEF point competitions for the USEF National and USEF Regional Horse of the Year Awards Programs.
This show abides with the Horse Protection Act as amended.
RECOGNIZED BY THE ARABIAN HORSE ASSOCIATION. APPROVED BY THE KENTUCKY FAIRS & HORSE SHOW ASSOCIATIONS.
Regional Qualifications for this show are per AHA and USEF Rules.
AHA & USEF AFFIDAVITS – The show will no longer accept Affidavits for membership in AHA or USEF in accordance with AHA & USEF rules.
AHA MEMBERSHIP – All owners, trainers, riders, drivers and handlers must have a "competition" level membership in order to complete at an AHA sanctioned show or pay a non-member single event membership (SEM) fee of $35 for the Silverama Show. You must have a competition membership in order to show in a regional show.
